Hi guys

I'm currently building the Thunderfighter and need some assistance.

If you look at the instructions, you are suppose to place parts 38, 39, 40, 41. 42, 43 onto the top of part 37 in the following configuration (Pic 1). The problem I have is as seen in pic 2, the way 39 part actually sits on part 37. Part 39 and the other (Arrow 1) over hang the forward panel line (Arrow 2). Am I misreading this in some way?

You can see in the picture (Arrow 3) the parts sit behind the panel line

Should I cut the long legs back to the line (Arrow 4)

I hope i'm making sense

You have missed to fold the U-shaped piece back. The position of the part is correct but you have to fold the tip at the grey line to the inside and glue it to the back of the part. That is done to reinforce the parts and to texture the inside of it at the same time so that you see the vanilla colour when you look straight into the intakes.

This picture is taken from one of Rhaven's builds:

You can see how the sides are folded and glued back to the inside. I hope this helps. :)
