I do not think that there is one. More than likely, because of all of the curves, it would be very difficult to make.
Indeed. It would be doable by cleverly using simplified shapes. Julius Perdana is a master of that.

It can be done.
You have to start with a fairly simple roug shape to get the idea of the part. Then you subdivide the faces and manipulate them until you have the desired shape. It is a tedious job and is best acieved with the goal (= papercraft) in mind. You must not overdetail the shapes and have to be sure about the final size of the model.

If you forget for a moment about creating from a flat sheet and use other methods to form an organic shape, combined with a bit of water forming and burnishing, you can create just about any shape that can be flattened and cut.
