A few more parts pages:

It's coming together nicely. The model will be in 1/500 scale meaning the finished piece will be about 67 cm tall. :)

I'd love to see someone tackling this using these preview parts! ;) :D

Oh dear, thank you very much for the note, @apaperworker ! :)

Well then, what you said is no understatement. Folks, let's take some heart pills and take a look:

UHU02 cut out the black areas and painted the edges with orange water colours.

He advises to let everything dry completely to prevent the parts from warping because of the wet paint. Leave the frame parts on the page and cut them out when the paint has dried completely.

It is important to assemble the leg pieces in 90° angles to make everything straight.

Before attaching the frames of the main body UHU02 assembles the legs. He admits that the construction is very fragile. To make sure that the legs do not bend he added a simple frame to them.

I was a little worried... UHU02 was not giving any sign of activity for several weeks.
But, as I see, he is very well! And, boys, he's in perfect shape! :D

I wish I had not seen this! Now my fingers are itching..! Why you posted this? :sadno:

My Lord, that food looks delicious!! The model is amazing. I can see some French getting pissed right now. UHU, you may have to do the Eiffel Tower to balance the world out!!

I eat this very very fast, with some Sushi, Teka Make!! :)

WQW! amazing work by UHU02. Thank you to everyone that has taken over reporting on UHU02's projects I'm glad to see they are being so well handled and makes me feel a little better about having to stop reporting them myself. The girder work is just incredible and I remember years ago a discussion on how impossible it would be to do a paper Cygnus from the Black Hole film, I'm guessing from looking at this it's not so impossible now. Truly inspirational as always.
