    Besides this... Any card model designer who would sue someone who, having legally purchased the kit, and resold the completed model would be alienating a potential distribution source and secondary market. If I were a designer, I'd be happy to have someone out there promoting the new aspect...

    Hmmm. Have to weigh in here with a thoroughly middling answer - it depends. I deal with copyright all the time - I have an advertising agency. We create copyrighted material and deal with copyright ownership and use on a daily basis. Selling of copyrighted work without consent is wrong...
