I've found quite a few fun models to build, but the Halo Scorpion tank keeps eluding me. It looks like the halo wiki had a pepakura file available at some point, but the link appears to be broken now. I've seen some build threads here for this model but they all seem to have gotten there files...

The DMR has proven to be my favorite Halo firearm so I'm definitely excited to see the final product. It looks great so far!

This looks great. d0g didn't wasn't much for words, but he was definitely one of my favorite characters in HL2. If you feel up to it, the HEV suit might be a fun sequel to this project.

Are there any other Halo models like this in the works? The talent evident in the creation of this model is astounding. I can't wait to see what you could do with a warthog or a UNSC frigate like the Pillar of Autumn.

A while ago I did a google search and found a card model of a pelican from the very first Halo. It looked great, but I must say it was nothing compared to this. This looks like a concept model that would be used during the production of a film! Well done! PS-off topic, but after watching...

I personally haven't done a huge amount of track laying, but I have found the woodland scenics foam bed to be a great product. It's easy to lay, even on very tight radii, and it really does dampen noise a lot.

Personally, I really enjoy working with milled strip wood and scribed siding produced by northeastern. Most, if not all, hobby shops can get it for you and the prices are actually quite reasonable for what you get. I have worked with styrene and it can be very useful for some applications...
