    Thunderbirds elevator cars

Thanks for the little insight into the history of the sites though I am sorry you had to do it. I am sure many of the new guys (like me) have no idea what has transpired in the past and really don't care, except that we enjoy the association and wish all to go well. IF ANY OF THE POWERS THAT...

    The Uhu02 appreciation thread

Started interseptor some time ago and return to it whenever my nerves and crampted fingers will allow. Now that I'm interested again I can't find the instructions on my computer. Web site seems to be down (easy to understand as he must get swampted because of unexcelled talent). I may need...

Intro-newbie sorta - wanting to do my own designs

Hi, Paperbender here. I seem to have a common interest here. I was a building contractor for a while and have some drafting experience (Drawing board not CAD). What I would like to do is make models of houses on the historical register. There are quite a few in my area (Central N.C.), and even...

    Stick glue bond

Hi rmay4. Stick glue is great for some applications, especially if moisture warping of the paper medium is a problem. If you rub both sides you have a short open time for silppage, but will then find it will grab quite well. I find it's great when you need to fold pieces back to back for...

    cutting models

us OLD newbees sometimes have trouble just seeing the line! Have to agree one answer wouldn't fit all, but sometimes the line sure shows up and spoils the look if you can't put it in the back.

    Paperbender

For anybody who cares. (there mignt be one out there). I am a NORMAL (my shrink tells me) paper model cuter-out-paste-and-puter-togetherer. Of other clever people's models. Not to be compared in the same galaxy with some of the art I see on this site. So, how do I get to contact other dweebs...
