Verified that my speed setting was set to 128 I programmed cv53 to 128, no lights. Increased the value in cv53 to 255 still no lights. I'm at a loss!

I have an atlasmaster commander and a ho b40-8 locomotive. I screwed around with the parameters and now I can't get the train to run. Does anyone have the parameters for this locomotive or any suggestions?
