That looks like a Ford Lightning parked there. Or is it just a regular F150? Either way, nice lot!

    Noisy Bachmann DCC Loco

If this is a common thing...I'm going back to block control. I can't handle this buzzing crap. It gets really annoying when I'm in a yard and doing some slow speed switching stuff. I might box up the ez command and send it back. I had no idea that the bachmann locos would make this noise on DCC...

    Bachmann Buzz

The loco im talking about came with the Ez command....it was one of those package deals....Ive had the loco apart, definately has a decoder.

    Bachmann Buzz

It only does this in DCC mode. If I run it with a DC power pack, the noise goes away, it almost runs silently

    Noisy Bachmann DCC Loco

Got my whole EZ command set up and running.....So far so Good. But the Bachmann DCC equipped loco it came with is loud when I run it with DCC. It Emitts kind of a growling or buzzing noise. But when I run it on plain DC, the noise goes away. Is this a decoder problem? Are all bachmann DCC locos...

What is the high hood for?

It's been a while since I have sen a high nose geep in person, but I have a couple on my layout. I've always wondered why some of the geeps were made with the high hood?

HO scale and 15" radius curves

I forgot about the folding idea. What do I use to connect the track joints? Small piece of track? I guess I could use a long piano hinge to connect the 2 boards. Thanks for the suggestions!

HO scale and 15" radius curves

thanks for the replies... I'm now having a problem with a plan. I've been looking at so many plans lately, that my mind is boggled. Would anyone like to share a track plan? Your help would be greatly appreciated! I have about 3 industries to work with and I need a spur to store some short...

HO scale and 15" radius curves

To get the continuous run I used flex track, one piece at each end of the layout.

HO scale and 15" radius curves

I just made some extra space in a spare room in my apartment. The biggest layout that will fit in the space is 32" x 60". I figure I can get away with using some atlas 15" radius snap track, but I have a couple of questions. I just picked up one of those Bachmann EZ command DCC kits with the...

    space and decision dilemma

I need some help in this matter. I only have a 2x4 space to work with. I currenlty have a continuous running 2x4 HO layout, with 3 industries. I'm running a heavily modified GP40 (to make the radius) with 40 foot rolling stock. the layout is kind of crowded with all of the buildings and spurs...

need paint scheme for UP F7

I recently aquired a bachmann F7...it seems to run fine, but needs some detailing. it looks to be molded in solid yellow with a union pacific script and logo on the side. It looks funny with out any grey on it. My question is...what parts of the roof are supposed to be grey? is the pilot...
