I will get some more shots next time I am down there, though I dont know about action shots from the cab. There is little more boring than driving a train, once you are going that is it, nothing to do until you have to stop.

The lavender line is a preserved railway in east Sussex where I am a diesel driver.
Heres some of the stock including the last of the thumpers (DEMU) that we have just got.
It is at about 7% on one and the other grade is about 9%. on the steepest grade my type 37 ED will pull a rake of 6 coaches, and the 060 will pull 4.
I finished the tracklaying this week and have been building some of the buildings and have started on some of the scenery.
