    Repairs can be made

Yup, I expect they do. As we left the layout room, I am sure I heard Paul say "ok guys, back to work" :D

    Repairs can be made

If you look carefully at Cooncreek, a lot of the little people have a bottle in their hand ;)

    Repairs can be made

That was quick! Paul, have you made that since I was there last week? Cool addition to your inspirational layout :thumb:

    Camp site

I visited Paul a few days ago and had a close-up look at Cooncreek "in the flesh", and I can tell you it looks even better than the photos suggest (if that is possible). The attention to detail is amazing, so many mini-scenes to keep you looking for a long time. And the sound system has to be...

CP Rail Red Barns Step by Step.....and cheap!

That is excellent work by any standards. I really like the Canadian cowl units, but I think you are a bit braver than I to cut up that Kaslo shell  But judging by the results it was well worth it :)

    Another European Layout

A very nice looking layout. There is a lot of excellent German equipment available making layouts like this possible. I have seen a number of very good german layouts at shows here in the UK.

    New York Central Niagara

Does anyone have, or know where information on New York Central Niagara's can be found to enable very highly detailed models to be produced? Someone over here in the UK is intending to make some in #1 scale if plans and photographs can be found. TIA

New web site of my layout

I love the site and the layout. The steam locomotives look great, nicely weathered. Bit worried about Norm down the big tube, though :D

    Red Barn 9007

That looks great! I love those units. I think it would enhance the model if you refitted the grabs ;)

    Working With Cardboard

Shellac! I used to use this years ago (more than I care to remember) We used card and shellac before the new-fangled styrene sheet arrived ;) Must see if it is still available round here. I remember building some passenger cars in card, using shellac to seal and stiffen. Good stuff!

More Progressive Rail pictures and videos

Cool pictures of an interesting operation. I only had time to look at one video clip, but will come back for more. Great stuff

    Coal burning powerplant

Robin, your work is amazing! I am definitely looking into cardboard for some of my structures on the new layout. Inspirational stuff :)

    Getting on with 0n30

Paul, great to see your posts again, and some of your wonderful models. It never ceases to amaze me how quickly you produce such outstanding models. All that is scratch built? Wow! In the new scale you will, I am sure produce even finer models. If you are well enough I will definitely come up...
