Next month, Saturday, November 11th is Veterans Day. A day of rememberence. Whatever your opinion is on the war in Iraq, you should not forget those men and women that gave up the ultimate, thier lives, to protect our freedoms and our rights. From the Minuatemen of the Revolutionary War, to those fighting in Iraq today. They protected us from the tyrants and dictators of history, whose main course in life was to restrict all our freedoms and control our
lives.

Even though I was in the Army for ten years, I never fired my rifle in anger. But I'm proud that I did my part. I can hold my head high.  Though I also know that I can't march in the same ranks as those brave heros who fought, and died for our country, I'm still proud, and
more proud for those who did. Its because of them that I can say with pride…

I'm an American! I am free! Here's to those who've fallen,

......for all our freedoms,

          ....for all of America.

                  You will not be forgotten!
