The Gauge is a railroading forum, that contains all types of discussion forums. There is something for everybody. Whether your interest is any of the popular scales, including 0n30, Logging railroads, or just prototypes, you'll find it here. There is even a section on scratchbuilding, and you can view other modelers work in the photography section.  You might even want to post one of your own work.

  This on-line magazine is just a few examples of some of the memebers work, and a place where they can showcase their writing, modeling and photograhpy skills. It will be released once a month, and it too will have sections that might interest you.
