Asterix is done and compared to the original model (45 cm) in height is 32 cm.

Yes, I am from the US. No. this is not shown in the US. I will check it out though.
Grew up watching Warner Bro.s and Hanna & Barbara cartoons (both of which have slapstick/visual & wordplay humour in them). So I am quite familiar with the style. I will check it out.

I have to say that Asterix is distinctly European Try to get hold of the comic books before watching the movies. And bruch up on your ancient Roman history to really enjoy allot of the historical in-jokes.
Also enjoyed watching the HB & WB cartoons, nothing beats an 16 ton weight (or anvil) being dropped on someone's head.
PS: Didn't mean any offence, RB, I was completely surprised, that's all.
