Lunar Rover from "MOON"

Lunar rover from Moon

Hi Please can I ask if this model will be made available soon?

I love the design and would be really pleased to have a model of the Rover.

Best

I am sorry, but this model is not available on paperavition.de as of yet (it will be release, but it has not yet been determined as to when). Marco Scheloske sent me one of the SpaceDays prints.

Here is my latest update. Now that I have really gotten into the actual build and am working on the body of the LR, I can say that this model is not for beginners or even intermediates for that matter. There are both glue tabs and glue strips incorporated in the model.
There is a TON of printed texture that can easily be turned into physical texture. While I am test building this model, I am (very carefully) studying it to find out how much room I have to work with, so that I can plan out just how and what kind of detail I will put into the model when I rebuild it.

Now for the photos:

Looks really great so far but I see what you mean about it not being for the novice builder. I would be interested in adding it to a far off future build pile though. Will continue to watch with pleasure and enjoyment. Thanks fore sharing your build with us.

Rick

Update

Here is an UPDATE of my progress.

"FOOD FOR THOUGHT": If you do not understand German, you will need to pay close attention to the diagrams of the instructions. Otherwise you will make mistakes.

As you can see in the photo, there are four (4) panels that need to be folded under and glued down.
This will form the underside of the bed of the vehicle.

Now I start adding all of the greebles to the bed of the vehicle.

Some people say that the devil is in the details... Not that I believe in devils, but in this case, I'd say that those details take your model to a heavenly level! Great job!

It is time for another update of my progress on this project.
All of the parts that I am showing in this update are for the backend on top of the "BED" of the vehicle.
As you can see, there are quite a few parts that are QUITE small (and there are still more very small parts to come.)
