That is one colorful and beautiful plane! Texas Air National Guard would have been happy with that if that would have happened. Very nice! :)

(Re: First attempt, Beats me, I don't see it anywhere, there's no moderated post or anything? Sometimes, if someone is new the posts are flagged, but you're way past that.
It didn't make it here.)

Maybe I hit the preview post and then forgot to actually post it? In any case not a big deal.

I had posted a couple of days ago I thought that would really print up big and nice on my Epson 13" x 19" printer. I just realized looking at this thread I forgot to hit submit! wall1

Glad you like the model pistol. Don't knock yourself down before you even try though. Maybe you can't build it right now but give yourself a chance to learn. Try some simpler models and work your way up and you might find that you can build something like this.

Nice things about these models Pistol, is you can build and rebuild them till you finally make the model you are happy with. :)

The original Ultrabolt is 1:32.
I like this version (this is a fiction, is it?). It seems more like an racer or acrobatic plane, but National Guard wants to have some fun, sometimes, too? Very nice build and must add I like the presentation. It is not easy to take photos of white on white background.
(gee, I wonder if I would miss the 12 bucks this beauty costs...)

You guys should see this kit, it s awesome. Laid out with nicely, with excellent instructions. It's a beauty! Most people know I rarely buy models, I usually make my own, but I never could have produced something like this, not even have come close! In that sense, it is also instructional. :)

Treadhead: As Wojtee says it is 1/32.

Wojtee: Sounds like you have almost made the decision, you just need that little push over the edge? This is by far the most refined of any of my kits. Mostly because I spent so many years with it on the back burner that the test builders had enough time to find most of the glitches. Not saying it is perfect, but it is fairly refined.

And of course the biggest share of the credit goes to Robert Turner who wrote the instructions for it. There have been rave reviews about how much better they are than average. I absolutely hate to create instructions, and the only reason the model was released at all was that someone else did it for me.

Ron Spencer also deserves high praise for being the one who finished building it and whose model appears on the cover.
