I think this is the bests build of this bike I have seen. Your skill amazes me. m Your skill, documentation, cataloging of steps, makes you one of the greatest contributors of this forum. I thank you. We thank you! :)

Sweeeeeet! I'd be tempted to kit-bash that into a Morgan three wheeler or something. You have certainly nailed this. I want it!! :)

You have had 774 views. Most people when they see something like this, feel intimidated in posting a comment. I think for the time you have into it (you work fast), you have a lot of views.

When do you plan to start the engine! :) It looks that good!:thumb:

I just looked at the link Zathros provided and yours looks so much better than the one in the instructions!

No, the truth is that we know that you actually WORK for them and are posting their production parts cleverly disguised as paper. It's a RUSE, a cover-up people! And the pyramids were made by aliens! And . . .and . . . and ELVIS IS ALIVE! And LIvng with JAnE MaNnsFieLd and maRilYn MoNnrOE!

AHH- hah hah ha ha haaaaaaaaaaaaaa . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Ok, you may now return to your regularly scheduled forum.

Clean as... something pretty clean, i think ;)
Did you consider trying to make the "interior" of the headlight with a transparency and a silver foil? IMO the drawn headlight is too easy for this level of modelling. See here, it does not have to be too complicated:

(Not my build. Pretty good one, to be sure.)

A very simple LED assembly run off of a couple of watch batteries, which you last a really long time, and might not even need a resistor, could easily be fabricated into it, with ultra thin wires for a brake light. :)

Definitely something to consider, and i still have time to incorporate it into the build. Lemme see what I can come up with. :D

If you do, could make a parts list and a schematic, so other may follow and use in other similar models, or for spot lights, headlights, etc? :)

If I came up with Upgrade parts, and shared them for anyone to use, wouldn't that infringe on the designer of this papercraft, Louis Lopez?

So I got a couple of ideas, and am now looking for the LED's and stuff......until I can get that for the upgrade, im going to shelve this project. (don't want to build it twice, lol)

Once I get the kit, and come up with the upgrade, i'll let you guys know, and continue this project. till then, look for more Warhammer 40K ;)

If you are thinking about coming up with (or have come up with) upgrade parts for this (or any other model), you should contact the original designer and present him/her with your upgrades and see if he/she is interested in hosting them first or would allow you to host them yourself.
Case in point, Revell-fan and I were (and still are) designing upgrade parts for the Thunder Fighter that Martin Sanger originally designed. Martin has been gracious enough to host these upgrades on his website (http://www.paperaviation.de/index.html).
Most designers would welcome such upgrades (so long as they compliment their work, which from what I have seen of the work that you do, what ever you come up with would), and would be willing to host them on their website.

Either way, I wish you the best of luck with it.

You are doing a FANTASTIC job on this model.

No, you don't have to, you could come up with a complete customization kit for that bike, as long as you don't use any of his parts. That is the norm. That's why people sell canopies, laser cuts parts, etc. There is a whole economy built on that. A very small one, but it's there. :)
