I haven't been papercrafting for long, but I can't wait to try one of his models! They're fantastic! Uhu = genius

All I can say is GENIUS!!!!!
Thanks so much UHU!!
I think some build pics are soon needed!!
Thanks again UHU!!!!
You inspire me to not only build great models, but design them too!!

P.S. UHU, as a suggestion if at all possible, could you consider embedding Google Translate into your site? as after 'login', Google Translate won't work and it makes instructions for builds that little bit more difficult!

AGAIN, THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Free models, with pictures that suffice. Copy the pictures when you get the model. Words aren't necessary. It's the way it is. O.K.?

Awesome models, Uhu.
You sure are one unique talent. Thank-you for sharing.
Valley Forge is most likely my favorite, and despite what some say, it doesn't look too difficult. I think I'll give it a shot first.

Again, thank-you for your extraordinary generosity!

This is my first post on these forums. I tend to lurk, since I'm e-shy and not as good a modeller as others. Even though I've yet to figure out the newest iteration of Uhu's password, I gotta say he's a beast. I was planning on using a resin-coated version of the Big Baby as a prop for a cosplay I'm doing this weekend since it's so bloody cool, but after weeks of trying to figure out this password, I've given up due to no time left sign1

Edit: Don't mind me, I'm just a moron who can't figure out the obvious if he's hit with in the face with it

Nevermind. Seems I didn't know about another post that was made.
Thanks for indulging my stupidity. And the nudge in the right direction..:thumb:

Have you thought about starting a build thread and showing off your work?

Everyone here loves to see the work of other builders (especially those who design and create the model in the first place).

So please show off your work and be proud of it.

As a first build, would say you did a fantastic job!!!! Hope mine will look half as good. Don't worry 'bout the English, it came through just fine. Great Job!!!!!!

An aside, the password is there. Just keep looking. Sorry I can't be more clear than that.

First off, welcome to the forum. As for your English, do not worry about it. I fully understood everything you said with no problems at all.

Secondly, for this being your first try, your model looks FANTASTIC!!!
You did a GREAT job on it.

Thirdly, I only know where you can get Buck Rogers models, and that would be here:
http://www.paperaviation.de/index.html

The actual models are found here:
http://www.paperaviation.de/Science-Fiction/science-fiction.html

As for the rest, I do not know. Good luck with them though.

I am looking forward to seeing more of your work (especially with what you have all ready posted as a bench mark for the rest of your work.).

Many thanks to both of you. I'm glad that my best attribute is a whole lot of patience :) I think it took me about 20 hours to build this model and I had to make some parts twice because I made mistakes when glueing. But at the end the result counts :)

At the moment I'm working on the next Uhu model...the Time Machine (also one of my favorite movies). Half of it is done but there's still a lot of work to do. After finishing I will post some pictures.

@Rhaven

Thanks a lot for the hint where to find more scifi models and also thanks for the nice welcome.

The next project after the Time Machine will be something different.
I would like to paint (also for the first time) a bust (resin model kit) showing Christopher Lee as Dracula. I hope I will not fail but I'll try my best.

uhu02 Appreciation

I've always appreciated the tremendous skill displayed by uhu02 when creating his paper models. They are truly artwork. I've been away from paper modeling for a while and being an old guy who saw "It Conquered The World" when it was originally released . edited by zathros

Heres my work for the community. The time machine from Uhu. Since I first saw the movie many years ago, I wanted to get such a model for my vitrine. So bow down for Uhu for he makes it possible for me to get such one.

Thanks, I am very proud of it. I also did Tinkerbell but she was very difficult and needs further improvement...
