I read somewhere the original Batmobile was based on a Lincoln concept car. Bet it was this one.

This movie was so horrible, but it featured the car, painted in red and has quite a few shots of it.

Don't worry about it. I'm here, this is where I want to be, and this is where I want to be put efforts into. I didn't do anything there that isn't done by everybody else, and since they didn't give me a reason, I don't really know, or care. Thanks for asking! :)

I look forward to your Futura. That car was ahead of it's time, as far as styling goes.:thumb:

Yes, the '60s TV Batmobile was the transformed Futura. I believe I read that George Barris bought it from Ford for $1.00, though, making it about the cheapest car in the world, not the "most expensive" as the lady says in that YT clip. It's been decades since I saw that movie and I didn't remember it being red.

I'd love to see what you come up with, Fan.

yesterday i was working hard on the drawing skeches to see what i can do with this model to make it look like the same as the real one in the photos above me. now the color will be red i chose that color and it will be that color! as for the spinning wheels to make the car move i will NOT use wooden axles NO I WILL NOT! but i will try paper ones instead if glueing them together i will make ones out if cardboard and make them round like real ones to make the strong enogh to make the move around so they can turn around more freely like plastic model kits if i do this successfully i will make othere oldes such as buicks fords cadillacs murcurys chrysler dodges and many many otheres in the near future projects as for cami you'll will make one your self out of 1/45 scale no?!
