Yes the lighting works..

The engine is great
The cockpit could be a little more..
and the upper turrent could be...hum...a LOT less
because there is a light leaking to the front. :-(

i installed electricity socket. in the under turrent
so that i can take the falcon from the wall mount when needed.


Also i have installed the armour plating around the ship but i think i have to re-glue some of them again...

Yes the ends need to be made nice but it's about the tubing alone.

I think that tubing looks awesome. It is the kind of detail that really brings the model to life!

It has a little shine on it..

On the to front pieces it looks great but on the hull i don't know it's so...there...

If you really wanted to, you could have painted the tubes a dull light gray, but other then that, I think that you are doing a GREAT job in this model.
It is detail like this that give a model that little extra special spark and sets it apart from all the rest.

What the guys above me said. The little detail is what sells the model and truly makes it yours. Spray a little dullcoat over the model to knock down the shine....but mask off any clear parts/windows.

paint it with dullcoat (but I would have thought you would want to clearcoat the model at the end of construction to add a little protection).

i can't clearcoat the model....
every drop of liquid will destroy the paint (inkjet)

You can always paint the tubing! If you went to a Hobby shop, you could find grey tubing that bends really easily, with minimal heat applied. Either way, it looks really god!

I have an inkjet, and I have airbrush Futured models and spray clear coated models with no problems. The key is to do light coats.

Print out a test page and try it out.

hum....i should try that..maybe was with my try to much liquid..

But now first i have a holiday of a week
And a try of dismanteling my laptop fixing it..and hope to re-assembling it

WHAAAA...
i found the error before i got to the screws...
the battery was defective...that's why he didn't started..
(yes i tried also with the ac/dc cable)..
so with the cable and battery-> no go...
only cable and no battery -> works like a charm.

Now i need a new battery and then i'm completly mobile..again

Yes my little vacation is over...and my falcon was still waiting for me

I made nice endcaps for the cables on top..
And started to glue al those small greebles parts on the hull..
