Greetings to all and to all hello.

I just finished refitting all of my Thunder Fighters (except for the scratch built on) with the Landing Gear Strut to finish each model off.
I would like to share with all of you a few photos of my squadron.

I am quite certain that I could get quite a bit for them (either as a whole or individually), but I really do not want to sell them.

I know that it may sound quite odd, but I would get more enjoyment out of giving them to someone who would really enjoy them (not only for the fact of what they are, but also the fact that I made them).

I have a couple of models that my son wants. I know what you mean. I have had people ask me if I would sell the "Lilla Weneda" model I made (I scaled up so it's 28 inches long) but no way. It went from a couple of pages to 25 pages when I doubled the size. rearranging those parts took a long time in Photoshop!. I have given many models away. I always get a kick out of visiting someone's house and seeing the the model sitting on a shelf. :)

Too right you are Zathros, it is a good feeling to see a model that you made for someone sitting on their self. I have made quite a few models for friends, and have always liked seeing again and again.

A very inspiring collection, Rhaven! The Thunderfighter isn't my favorite space fighter design, but what you've done with the basic model is truly inspirational, in every sense of the term. It makes me want to start an X-wing and TIE Fighter lineage collection. There are at least a dozen variants of each, more of the TIE. I hope it turns out as well as yours has. :thumb:

I sure hope you have a nice dust, grime free environment to park these bad boys! :)

I wish I did have a really nice show case to put them in, but unfortunately I do not. I have to dust them every once in a while.
That is OK though. It gives me an excuse to "play" with them.

Nice line-up, Is the modded Black version available for download?

Thank you for the compliment.

As for the Black (STEALTH) version, it is a personal recolour. This version is not available.
You will have to recolour the kit yourself.
This is the diagram that I used to recolour the kit:

That Black Stealth is one BAD ASS version. I bet it would be extremely popular. As would a Marine Corps version, in full dress! :)
