Are you soaking your finished parts in superglue?

Kind of looks like it. That makes for a really long lived part. I used to do it till I kept getting sick from the cyanide in there. Maybe he found something else?

I should make one of these for memory's sake. No one will probably beleive me, but I found that a great spot to take girls to *talk* alone was behind the hulk of an M65 up on a hill in Junction City, KS.

I built a plastic model by a company call Renwal, long out of besiness,
in 3/8' to the foot scale, but yukiyuji model has more detail. Would like
to see the finished model. Great work.

I have an original Renwal Visible V-8, in the original box, not built, all the parts in their individual instructions! Renwal must have been planning to make the whole car, as the made the whole front frame clip, which is very rare. :)

I believe you.

A pianist in one of my lounge band gigs in the late '70s told me about "the big atomic cannon that was our regular make-out spot" in Kansas. I presume she was referring to this one, but for your sake, I'm not divulging her identity!

A decade earlier, in Alameda CA, we had a Shay locomotive that pretty much served the same purpose; discretion keeps me from repeating some of the more popular misspellings and transliterations applied to it vis-a-vis "One-Horse Shay."

I have an original Renwal Visible V-8...

I built the Atomic Cannon but not the V-8; couldn't afford the thing. They put out an excellent line of ships too, in a common scale I forget. Good company.

Hey, I know you!!sign1

V-8 Renwal, still in the box, box cover has water color damage, but inside is excellent. All parts still in their little box's!. :) I have two of those huge Monogram Jaguar's too, the ones with the roll down windows. One still has the plastic on it, the other is 1/2 built. I saw one go on EBAY for $275 recently, but it was yellow, mine are red :)
