Long, long ago, there use to be a game that pushed the boundaries of excitement playing multi player games, long ago before BattleField, long ago there was a game called StarSiege Tribes.

I have been dusting off all my old games, and messing around with them trying to get hold of some more models. I am posting them as I get them to see the response I get and since the Front Mission models are difficult to convert due to high poly counts I am putting that project on hold.

Same goes for Star Wars, I have a couple of Walkers to finish but I am a bit tired of Star Wars and need something fresh. Oh yes, I also in the process of finishing up the Call of Jaurez Gatling gun. :)

I have ripped most of the models from Tribes and need to do the light and medium armor then I am just about done with it and can start converting some of the models to paper.

Not sure with what to start, so if there are any Tribes fans out there, gimme a shout which model you want first and I will give it a go.

And the FM news had excited me so much...

Finished cleaning / fixing of the Rover buggy. Must say it took me longer than I anticipated, there were a lot of uneven faces etc etc, as per usual with models from games and making the parts fit was a bit of a shlep.

Anyway, unto the pepakura unfold now. I am also going to include bonus skins, so you will be able to build the buggy in 3 flavors, Phoenix , Blood Eagles and Imperial.

Never got to play the game, but the power armor and that tank look really cool!

The tank is almost ready. Busy with the unfolding work. I must say it was harder than I initially thought. There are a couple of parts floating in mid air and almost just as many intersecting. Almost gave up with the side housing holding the tracks since I struggled figuring out how to split the parts that is would still be build able.

Anyhow, I am glad some is building the Buggy, so hopefully the tank will be built too.

I am a bit undecided regarding how to unfold / build the tracks of the Jump Tank.

I don't really want, nor do I think it will help, split the tracks up into pieces for building.

What I have done is with the unfold split it in 4 pieces. 2 inner and 2 outer. You basically built the inner parts glue them onto the 2 outer parts then build the outer parts.

I think it will be tricky, any ideas ? Or will it be oky to build as I have it now ?
