Sorry for the title of this thread , but I want to know if somebody can identify this thing (if you can - there is a chance I´m doing it right )
I have only 1 month to build something sci-fi , so it is only a hand-draw (no time for me to learn with some kind of 2D or 3D software )

note: There are two different "worlds" where you can find this thing , so both answers are correct
