Great build Mick:thumb: if my cat gets another model I will send you all of his whiskers. My interceptor build has turned into a string of disasters starting with the metallic card I tied to use which was way to thick and ending with a complete shambles of putting on the side sponson cheek bit thingys. However it is such a great model that I will be having another go as soon as I have mutilated the Seaview:mrgreen:.I'm glad you and Pete are showing Gary how well they can be built I fear he would be flung into a fit of despair if he was counting on my builds. So whats next Mick?

Hi Phil, ain't cats great, just turned around to find my old tom cat batting the mobile around the coffee table:curse:, About 99.99% of all my build attempts end up in the bin, I have built more of Gremir's fantastic destroyer hulls than the navy had throughout the war:eek:ops:, not one of them has made it much farther than thatwall1. I've already started cutting on my next model, but it won't be of any interest to you at all:p

Oh that old thing..The tr no no t2s no wait a minute I know this ermm the BAC TSR2 my build was used in a pretty accurate historical re-enactment with the cat playing the part of the Labour Governmentwall1.I look forward to seeing her complete.I get very limited time to work on models and even less where I can give my full attention so I tend to just move on to a new one when I muck up and hope to get back to the ruined one. This is definitely a get back to model in fact I have it printed ready so with your's as inspiration I could be back to it sooner than I thought.:thumb:

Nice photo of a beautiful bird Phil. It's an absolute crime what happened to this design, if it had gone into production, it might still be flying today and i would get to powder coat parts for it:mrgreen:, but i suppose i will have to make do with Sea Kings, Nimrods, Lynx, Apache and Airbus amongst others. Next time Pete flies to Dubai:cool:, he might want to consider there is a good chance I've had my hands on some of the parts of his plane:p. One of the stranger things i coat is the steering wheel for a car

It's a little known fact that the Suzuki GS750 was a direct descendant of the TSR2 project,I could let you powder coat the frame of mine I suppose,if it would make you feel better, just to help out:mrgreen:...NO oh well worth a try:twisted:.One of the Thrust series of cars isn't it? interesting.

Hi guys, slow coach here, she is finally done except for the aerial (waiting for one of the cat's whiskers to fall out:p, she sheds them like a christmas tree sheds needles:mrgreen: and i have used many before on 1/35th pla***c model tanks as whip aerials as they look great and last for ages)

Bloody Brilliant Gary !

Gary that is Absolutely BLOODY BRILLIANT  i think i can say that you are one in a million for sure :inw:eek:h high prince of papernesseness let thoust turn yon imagery into paper form so that wee meer papercutters may cut and snip and fold and glue and make forth a model of thoust chosen image... oh heck
The Seaview is coming along nicely adding a few bits to her here and there . Had no chance to do a wip for the build , but all being well she should appear here very soon - if, like Phil says "there's anyone left"
