Wow. Really Beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing that with us!

I love how you shot the Endor scenes outside. It really makes it look realistic. I love the choice of terrain too, because nothing was out of scale with the model. Even the trees in the background matched the size of the ones on Endor.

It's inspiring. And at 5:15 in the morning, a great way to start the day!

Is that some sort of chair transportation for Darth Vader? Don't recall having ever seen such.

Regarding your work Julian, I'm speechless. Marvelous doesn't begin to cover it. More, please!

Elliott, thanks!

Re the transporter, its a customised Mini rig. They were produced in the early 80's and you can buy them dirt cheap on e-bay. I bought a load of them for about £5. Not many people seem to appreciate that they can make excellent and very cheap kids toys even today. They are great for making dioramas, and anyone who played with Star Wars figures back in the 70's & 80's loves seeing them.

Here are some images of the custom mini rigs I've done so far.

Download?

That is one awesome diorama, I'm praying that you'll make this available soon. I bought that $150 Falcon, and couldn't think of a better way to display it! Bravo!:thumb:

Hey Clif

Thanks for the info. I just checked it out... if only I would have known about this hobby a long time ago, I would have never spent as much as I have on collectibles. I would have just made them. Thanks again:mrgreen:

I know the feeling. I've started making dioramas using Photoshop, digital photos, digital diorama files from the web, scrap matte board, cardboard, and foamcore. My dioramas are for 7" and 12" action figures. I just haven't had time to upload the photos yet. I love Julian's work on his photonovel and have been waiting for his next episode. If you Google sci fi, scifi textures, scifi backgrounds, star wars, star wars backgrounds, etc. you can find a lot of materials to make your own dioramas. I playing with an idea for a Batcave now.

Impressive, Most Impressive

WOW JuanMaurice, outstanding job. I was actually looking to make the same thing but you beat me to it. Yours is probably better than what i could do anyway LOL.

I am curious though, where did you find templates/pictures to print on the cardstock of the hangar. If you have a link could you share. I would be most grateful.

Amazing work

I tried to post before, if it went through sorry for a duplicate. I am very impressed. Where did you find the template/photos to print on the cardstock of the Death star Hangar? Could you share a link to it if you have it. I'd love to make something similar for myself. Thank you so much for your help.
