couple of quick questions: The tape you are using to hold parts tegether while they're drying. It dosn't tear the cardboard when you remove it? I've tried tape with little success.
Also, I've tried to download the Wall-E photo's from your blog, but the links are dead.

I don't see the teeth in your t-800.
what are you going to do for the teeth in your t-800 head?
About the tape. I have used drafting tape by 3M from the art supply store. I think it has other names and I have used the blue painting tape. The drafting tape is low tack and doesn't tear paper, cardstock, or cardboard when removing.
The endoskeleton looks great so far. Are you going to release the patterns like you did for Wall-E?
Hello, just a question, how big will the terminator when finished?
I have printed on your own, and if my calculations are correct, it should measure 2 meters 10 centimeters.
