Anyone else getting these "database errors" when they're trying to post? Or is it just me?

*EDIT* OK, just to cap it off, when I submitted this thread, it came back telling me "no thread selected"! :curse:

What gives? More maintenance?

Apparently, the computer geeks are out trying to track down the light at the end of the tunnel.

I try to approach logging on to this forum as a sort of challenge. wall1

I try to approach logging on to this forum as a sort of challenge. Just got the "data base error" message, for the third time in a row. wall1

Yes, this "data base error" thing as well as duplicate posts seems to be the latest thing to plague us. I've even seen where it's affecting some of the CG personnel. Both are annoying and waste time, but they're not life-threatening, nor do they keep you out of the forum. I'll let someone that can get the help we need, know.

Don,

I wonder if the mailer is backed up too? I looked in this morning, and there are new posts in half a dozed threads I'm subscribed to, but no notifications in my mailbox. :(

Ah the joys of computers too. I've also received the error message. Doesn't bother me I just hit the back button and re-submit my post then I get the duplicate post message. Which doesn't really bother me either. Just a tad annoying.

when you get the database error, if you hit the back button till your in the original thread and re-fresh, your reply should be there, its worked for me everytime i got the error msg and you dont have duplicate posts.
