announce1 Hi guys sorry i have been on the missing list few hwealth issue to deal with cancer of the bowls but have the all clear and life is truly great got me a N Scale track plan 5ft x 8 ft just waiting on a friend to winrail it for me then will post hope all my pals on here are in good health and life treating them well your always in my payers guys so for the time being im track planning hope tp be building real soon take care and god bless you all .mike

The picture shows how bonn station looks today and this is what im having change on my track plan to allow all the 19 points plus 5 main lines for all the high speed trains

In my last picture looking at the top station all the sidings will go to allow for the 5 main lines plus buffer stops and inbetween the line platforms measuring 1.30m The bottom station will be the kroenberg station same thing 5 main lines running into it plus more complex shunting stage plus few industries and houses ect anyone can put your 10 CENTS WORTH IN PLEASE.MIKE

Welcome back Mike! Glad to hear that you are doing well and recovering. I like your track plan. The only question I have is whether the track section in the center is reachable from either side?

I have access space of approx 2ft 6in all the way around the baseboards so can reach all parts nade a carboard baseboard first lol.mike

Do you have a "wye" near by to turn the trains around to back in to the station? The original layout of the prototype is a double ended sidings that allow the train to pull through the station so that the passenger cars are lined up with the loading platforms. Using a stub ended layout, you will need the train to back in and allow the cars to be along the platforms while the engines are off the platforms. I also think the second design allows longer platforms, so it should be the better choice.

Lets rock this is my efforts so far for my track plan total baseboard size is 6ft x 8ft Im looking for ways to put some bridges in if poss and some scenic bit houses industries ect it a feel free foe all time all coments welcome
