$261 shipping!?!?!

I was just on ebay, and saw a recently listed HO Spectrum 2-6-6-2. I noticed it was in China...and then I noticed the shipping...

$261! What a scam! The shipping was listed in the description only.

I feel really sorry for anyone whom does bid on it...is that even legal under ebay's policy?


EDIT: I looked it up to see if they needed to be reported, but it seems legitimate...that actually might be the correct price
