Parts Of Southern Arkansas Much Of Northern And Western Louisiana Parts Of Southeastern Texas Coastal Waters
Effective This Monday Morning And Evening From 1035 AM Until 600 PM CST.
Tornadoes...Hail To 1.5 Inches In Diameter...Thunderstorm Wind Gusts To 80 Mph...And Dangerous Lightning Are Possible In These Areas.

A Wind Advisory Remains In Effect Until 6 PM CST This Afternoon.
A Strong Area Of Low Pressure Moving Into Arkansas And Louisiana Is Bringing Windy Conditions To The Lower Mississippi Valley. Expect South Winds Between 20 And 30 Mph With Some Gusts As High As 35 Or 40 Mph This Afternoon. This Will Occur Ahead Of A Strong Cold Front And Line Of Severe Thunderstorms. By Late Evening The Front Will Move Through Allowing For The Wind To Subside Some As It Shifts Northwest At 15 To 25 Mph.
A Wind Advisory Means That Winds Of 35 Mph Are Expected. Winds This Strong Can Make Driving Difficult...Especially For High Profile Vehicles. Use Extra Caution.
Wind Gusts Of 35 To 40 Miles Per Hour Can Bring Down Large Limbs And Rotted Trees Causing Serious Injury And Property Damage. Exercise Caution When Outdoors During These Strong Winds.
