OK, I'll help keep it going! :) More and more great photos!!
A freight headed by F units crosses the bridge over Ulster Ave. while an RDC finishing its run enters Williams Yard. That black Chevy barely made it over the crossing before the RDC went by!

Great shots everyone!:thumb: I got some shots of upgrades my layout has gotten:

First off, I have telephone poles up so my LPP (little plastic people) finaly have telephone service!

Here's a rare shot of CNW 4242 in a consist long hood first:

Here's where the engine servicing area/ small freight area will go. Right now, CN 6750 (the FA2) is under repair, and the green boxcar is full of spare parts. The BL2, F3A, and GP9M are taking a rest, but ready to be called upon if needed. Railfans use this opritunity to photograph these rare specimens still in service

Finaly, here's one of many examples of what happens to old rollingstock when they are recycled:

This old Chessie Caboose long misses its days on the high iron while it is now used as a yard office. However, this is only a temporary situation, for the management (a.k.a. Mesign1) plans to upgrade the old caboose and let it ride once more. So far that plan has only gotten the caboose one more horn hook coupler:p.

Oh, and here's why you should watch out when you drive on an overpass with bad railing:

Great shots again guys!

chessie, you wouldn't happen to know where I could get some cylinder-ish looking amtrak cars would you? I can't remember what they're called, but I was thinking of getting some and repainting them for comuter service on my layout. BTW there's a redheaded girl in the driver's seat also, and the top of that Cotton Belt hopper was the closest thing to a road on my cars :p

CNWman: I think what your wanting is called Amfleet Cars or Amtubes..Theres Amcoach and Amcafe cars. I too would like to get a couple of coachs and and a food service car. Walthers and Bachmann both make them but I do not know which is better of the two...Hopefuly someone else on here can answer that.

Well, I've looked both mfg.'s up, and only Walthers seems to have the Amtubes. Sadly, those need a 24' radius minium, something I can't do with a limit of 18'

Neat proto shots!

Nice Amtrak shot!
Cool cabooses!

I have two of the Bachmann Amfleet coaches. They run OK on my 18” radius curves. I have to replace the couples on them. They were the Bachmann E-Z Mate and they were destroyed by my son during one of his operating sessions.

Here are some shots of newest acquisitions. They are Bachmann DCC installed Baldwin RF-16 Sharknoses in the Baldwin Demonstrator scheme.

They will get a light weathering mainly along the trucks and the bottom of the locos.

They both still got a little more work to go. Not perfect, but not bad for my first paint jobs in 20yrs:mrgreen:
