That's Gauge 1, which predates G. Standard appears to be between 1 and G.

I don't know what Ronald Reagan had, but Frank Sinatra was a Lionel collector and had a building at his complex in Palm Springs to house a husg Lionel layout. I think the family has turned the property over to either the state of California or the city of Palm Springs to be turned into a Frank Sinatra Museum since his passing, but I'm not sure.
