Mark, YOU GOT IT!:thumb::mrgreen: i thought it was odd one side had an all weather window, and the other side just had a sunshade:confused: .
Allright, I'm going to play the idiot here and ask what an all weather window is? I could guess and say that it is a window for all kinds of weather but then... don't all windows do that?

Chessie4155 - Fantastic shot.

Metra...
After riding the Metra from Harvard to Chicago a couple weeks ago, i was inspired to model it:mrgreen: . here is the engine(F40PH) right out of the box(pic below). the train i rode on had seven coaches, and a cab coach on the end, instead of doing the whole train, i have just ordered one coach, and one cab coach, both are Kato's:thumb: . i have to paint and letter them....another project:eeki: , when will i ever learn:roller::eek:ops::119: .

As usual, great participation in this thread and great pictures. :thumb::thumb:
It's getting difficult to remember which pictures I've already posted elsewhere, but here's an older shot, taken from the parking lot of the Lowbanks stockyards, of leased CNR Consolidation 2747 with an unidentified Grand Valley 2-8-0. The duo are on an eastbound headed for Dunnville, but their next stop is Elfrida, visible in the distance (across the aisle ;) ).

I sure hope that convertible ram air WS6 TransAm (30th anniversary edition?) sitting in the alley has an alarm system in it. Somebodies gonna heist it! 'Course, it looks like it's been sitting there a while so the battery is probably dead anyways! Come to think of it, they'd take that Porsche first.

I've been doing a bit of layout work today. Remember all the exposed plaster where the crossovers are?

e7yard.jpg

I put some glue mix down and sprinkled liberally with WS green blended turf.

After it's dried I'll clean up the excess and work on putting some ballast in.
