I'm the designer that made the IXS E. Thank you for the kind words.

I looked up your name but could not find it, and of course, not knowing your avatar name, came up with "zilch".

I am happy you are a member here. I sent you an email this morning, and the offer still stands. You are the "King" of joining saucer sections, they look like you have developed a way of welding paper edges. Excellent craftsmanship. :)

O-M-G! I knew this was in the making but somehow I lost track on it. To be honest, two weeks ago I was going through my picture archive and found the concept renders of the ship, thinking what might have happened to the project. What a beauty this is! :Bravo::Bravo::Bravo:

@Thales : Thank you for the model and the videos. And thank you for "revealing" yourself! thumbsup

That is a NICE CLEAN , well done design!! Will look at this closely for some pointers on a few new models ready for flattening , Star Wars Imperial Outpost Space Station, Trade Federation Outpost Space Station, and a Lucrehulk-Class Droid control Station.. all with interiors of some sort or other..

My next project that is about 1/2 done is the XCV-330 SS Enterprise. Though it isn't nearly as complicated overall, the rings on it are even more fiddly.
That would make for a great addition to the "Enterprise" collection.! I look forward to seeing how it will turn out!

I already modeled it but did not release it. I look forward to seeing yours. :)
