When doing parts like this, you must thing as the guiding lines as faring the edges together. If they are off, that part will not work. Unfortunately a mistake that late in the game could mean starting a big piece over again. The best way to prevent this is to decide if you are going to cut on the line, inside the line, or outside the line. I like to cut right on the edge of the inside, as I do not like the black lines showing. This takes a steady hand and you focus must be as if you are cutting out the perfect black line, then the part will be shaped right, and they will fit. Another option is to build the model, leave the gaps, and either make a filler paste, then pain the model. To be honest, with the right pain job, you can sand and smooth every line and end up with an even more convincing model. This is not a model for the faint heartened, but it is a model you should try if it catches your eye. What skills you will learn will stay with you forever. :)

We call those "toes", "Big Toe" for your particular case, in English. Good luck with the surgery, and make sure you scrub between your toes before you go in. You'd be surprised how many people give that the once over. :)

When those parts are nice and dry, you can smooth those fenders by using a Ball Bearing on the inside, and gently forming the wheel to the radius, don't go too big on the bearing, a marble would probably be just about the right size. Either that's a small T.V. or you scaled this up!!?! I hope it's scaled up!

To be Brutally honest, I would have done that part over. I know it's a pain in the ass, but you would be surprised how much quicker it would go, and you could use some of the existing piece, carefully cut smaller, as an inner support. Funny thing is that's exactly the spot I had to weld one of these together as it developed a huge rust spot there. I wouldn't blame you if you left it away it was, to be honest. This is something that you could sand and fill then sand again, and paint with Spray paint. Leave it as it is. Talk (typing) is cheap! :)

I, Zathros, good tips, indeed. I'll try.

As the small TV, yes, it's a real TV!!!!! It's an old TV with tube, and still works!
This TV was a gift from my middle brother when I gone to preach as a traveling missionary in Brazil. This TV is with me for the last 20 years. It's a kind of "electrical friend" of me. And it's a model as a combo, because in the base have a door to input and play the old videotapes!!!!! Yes, it's a dinosaur . . .

I have 3 13" Sony TV's, CRT type, that work excellently, and a lot of vintage audio equipment. I have a very nice tube amp collection. I was offered $6000 dollars for my Scott LC 290 Tube amp, I have the matching pre-amplifier, and FM tuner, all Gold Anodized!! I design and make my own speakers. though I have a collection of those too. I have a pair of Wharfdale speakers from 1969 that I am going to recong, they are sand filled, and each has an 18 inch bass speaker, two 5" midrange speakers, and two tweeters, which I believe are electrostatic. I also have made my ow Electro Static speakers. Very challenging, to say the least, but transparent in sound. ;)

I really like this:

Old times of teen parties, Zathros, old times . . . And the sound was all of good, vibrating the heart from the outside in! Old times . . .

You'll be riding you Faro Basso down the roads on your town, yes, it will be virtual, holding it in your hand, but we've all had that experience, so it's nothing new, but tried and true. ;)

YEAH, Zathros, who never drove some model that is special to his heart? And I'm sure that I'll do the same with the Faro Basso!
