Super Street and Eurotuner R/C event

I read in the May issue of Eurotuner they will be having an event with Super Street sometime in June. it's going to include time attack-style racing as well as exhibition drifting. Nitrous Express and Yokomo may give away a couple of r/c cars

it says to check Eurotuner's website for updates, but I see none there

Featuring the 2004 YOKOMO DRIFT CHALLENGE
JUNE 19, 2004 @SOUTHBAY PAVILION, CARSON, CA.
The event will be held on the northwest side of the Southbay Pavilion parking lot, near the intersection of Avalon Blvd. and E Del Amo Blvd.
ENTRIES ARE LIMITED TO FIRST 100 ENTRIES RECEIVED. ENTRY FEE IS $25.00, WHICH INCLUDES ROAR INSURANCE. ENTRY FEE PAYABLE AT THE EVENT.

8:00am-9:00am Drivers meeting & concourse judging
9:00am-10:00am Practice
10:00am-12:00pm Qualifying rounds
12:00pm-1:00pm Lunch break & celebrity event
1:00pm-2:00pm Last chance shootout
2:00pm-4:00pm Final 16 elimination round
4:00pm-5:00pm Awards ceremony
Time table subject to change.

prizes include an NX system, Yokomo RC cars, T-shirts,and a lot more.

Just got Back from the RCDrift Expo Loved it
Learned a lot, received 3 and 4 outa 5 style points. Got eliminated in first round by Ryan, who beat everyone for the overalll.
I saw an OG Skyline from the 70's and a real s13,
All that couldn't make it, make sure not to miss any future events.
It was Way Hella Fun

I wish i could go... Just dont have money to fly myself out there...

Hey for all that missed the first drift expo, I hear from the rumor mill that superstreet wants to do another drift!!! maybe round august.

anyone in the LA area, we have been drifting at the best buys WLA on Fridays after hours. Last friday lotsa pepl, THP,yokomo, top finishers at drift expo, Glen from Greater LA Racers was there. see you there?

hells ya! fridays session was off the hook - this week will be even better - more spectators, and me and some of the other guys are bringing 4' sections of 2x4's to build track walls with!!

i think this week we may pair off and practice tandem drifting for a bit too - instead of the usual free for all session
