I just got a lightly used Prodigy Express on eBay, and included in the box was another part that I don't see described in the manuals, and I haven't been able to identify it on the web. I think it may be the Pocket DCC Programmer. IT's a little nearly 3x3x1" box with two curved arrows with big flat buttons on them, two tiny buttons labelled Set and Zero, and two red LEDs labelled Power and POS. It has 4 little terminals labelled U V B1 and B2 on the PC-board, and one jack that fits the CAB.
Any of you Prodigy users recognize it from this description? (I can post a photo later if there are no takers). If so, any idea where I might get a manual or something on how to wire it up and use it (if it is indeed useful)? Thanks, Jason

MRC - ACCESSORIES Series - POCKET DCC PROGRAMMER, Item: 0001520, TRAIN CONTROLS/ACCESSORIES is my best guess at what it must be, but I can't find any reference to it on the web other than at stores with no photo or description. The lettering and what not make it fairly clear that it's not homemade, and the green terminal is so similar to the one on the base unit that I think it's probably by MRC.
How to wire it up and what it does is a complete and utter mystery though.

Cool thanks for the ID!
Someone is probably sitting out there with a turntable missing it's control box ![]() Maybe I'll find use for it some day.
