I'm looking for info on this Steam loco photo

I’m looking for any information that anyone can give me about the engine, crew location, year etc.

A little history, this photo was handed down to me from my Grandmother, my Great-grandfather was a freight train conductor. He is in the photograph I assume that the conductor in the photo is the man standing on the engine.

I listed the photo as being from Pittsburgh, Pa around 1900. I’m again assuming that it was taken in that area only because that is where we are from.

“It is a PRR F1 2-6-0 "Mogul" 43 built by the Altoona Shops between 1895-1897, 4 converted from F2. Belpaire firebox. I hope this helps you out. This is what I could find.”
