I am building a HO scale train set. I have pre-wired each section of track, what do I connect the feeders to the transformer? a differant power source? I have watched you tube but they nerver make the final connection. thanks.

when your right rail and left rail feeders are all gathered together they will to to the two terminals on your power pack that say track, or Variable DC. The other terminal usually says accessories, or fixed ac.
If your power pack has terminals that are marked differently, and you can't figure it out tell us what the terminals are listed as, and I'll try to help you figure it out. at this stage it is pretty simple, Later on if you want to set up multiple blocks, so you can have more than one train on the track and park one, or have two trains moving separately with two power packs, we can help with that too, Good Luck Bill Nelson |
