I live in Baku, Azerbaijan, but i wanna buy a second hand car from usa?

what are the procedures and what are the customs , and other taxes to be levelled on it?

Try Ebay motors & see what you can find out. All I know is you're responsible for shipment which will be costly. But if you find a car you like, the seller should have info if they're ok w/ international sales (most likely a dealer). Good luck.

I have NO idea where Azerbaijan is!
