Default Scale of Uhu02's Aries 1B?

Title thread says it all: Anyone know the scale of Uhu02's Aries 1B from 2001: A Space Odyssey?

i don't know this for a fact and, since i don't read any of the asian languages, can't say if its documented anywhere, but just eyeballing it the moonbus looks to be about 1/72 and the ares appears to be about half of that [1/144].

don't take that to the bank though. i looked on both models [i have them downloaded] and don't see any notations. i'm just basing it on the apparent size of the characters included in the moonbus model and the fact that the doors on the ares are half as big.

cheers

Thanks. I suppose 1/144th scale makes sense since that is a fairly common "space" scale. I'd want to enlarge it to 1/96th scale, though....

thats ... what? about 50% larger? some pages [#10] can be rotated and printed a couple of times at a larger size; the rest will obviously have to be 'broken out' and re-paginated.

i'm going to be in the same boat when i get around to them. i'd like to have ares, moonbus, and space pod at the same scale; then i'd like to do discovery w/ the others at the same scale to that.

wonder if a serviceable surplus plotter could be picked up cheap ...?

cheers
