Here are three MoW pics. The first is a rail grinder, the second I think is a ballast spreader. Both were on the BNSF mainline that runs a few miles from my house.

The third shot is one I took of an LPB work crew repairing a bridge on my N scale layout. Note that they are using an approved method for redoing the joint welds.

Pair of "Big Hooks". These were bought a couple of years ago.
First time out of the packages and put on the rails tonight!

Here are my 5. Various views of a mean looking little critter (RR37). I have no idea what it does, but it has some nasty little teeth. I thought maybe it might be used to break up ice on either side of the rails, but have no clue.

Already posted my entry but the really cool memory jogged my brain about some shots of the beautifully restored NP #10 at the Northwest Train Museum I took a few years ago.
