It will depend on the site and who runs it as to how they decide who gets the job. I'm a boating Forum Moderator on another site. They asked for applicants, I answered and had the job in a matter of minutes. It's not an easy job, believe me! The people on this site seem to behave themselves. No pay, not even a decal, T-shirt or anything. I have to make decisions to warn people, even some that I've known for years from other sites.

lol their keaping it a secret so no one knows how lol j but when someone makes a site they have the chance to make who eve they pick be a mod of each section of the site such as someone could mod the car section someone else the truck section it just all depends which they put you in really

no not every 1, we have 3 admins and 3 mods. We have a total of 11 members! So far over 200 posts! so far a total of like 12 main forums all with threads started!
