NOAA fisheries vessel

Sounds like a category 3 Ekranoplan, enough to get out of ground effect for a little while using kinetic energy. Reads technically sound to me, surrounded what could Justin due, blast them, use kinetic energy to get out of ground effect and jump the wreck to freedom. Very cool. It looked great in my head too!
 
Hey thanks. Looks like I got the part under the sponson about right.
I put formers pretty much in the right places.

I missed on the console though by making the dashboard too deep. I'm puzzled though because I based in on where I could see the steering wheel through the window. Judging from the picture and the title, The P/V Chinook is the one I'm modeling. THanks for the name.
